This is an amazing story! I am a new knitter and found your "Can't Save Zimbabwe" beanie pattern today. I have such an amazing respect for people like yourself and for Godfrey. It appears there hasn't been a post here in some time. I hope all is well. I am actually going to Alaska this September for a vacation for the second time in my life and am so grateful. I'll be passing through Girdwood on our way to Seward.
